By accessing or using ClarityDeal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

2. Important Disclaimer — Not Legal Advice

ClarityDeal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service provides automated, general contract analysis for informational purposes only.

No attorney-client relationship is formed between you and ClarityDeal, its owners, employees, or agents as a result of using the Service.

The analysis generated by the Service does not constitute a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. You are solely responsible for your own legal decisions and for reviewing any contract with qualified legal counsel before signing it, particularly for high-stakes or complex agreements.

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that the analysis is complete, correct, or appropriate for your specific situation. Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to upload or paste contracts and receive automated analysis, subject to your subscription plan's usage limits.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that you do not have the right to share.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

The Service is offered on subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Business) billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are as displayed on the pricing page and may change with advance notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access after reasonable notice.

ClarityDeal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your uploaded contracts), is owned by ClarityDeal and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. You grant ClarityDeal a limited license to process your contracts solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Service Provided "As Is" and No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ClarityDeal does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClarityDeal and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall ClarityDeal's total aggregate liability exceed the amounts paid by you to ClarityDeal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

You may request deletion of your uploaded contracts and account data at any time by contacting us.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. ClarityDeal may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
