Contracts you upload: the text and files you submit for analysis, including the document filename and content.

Usage and analytics: basic, non-identifying data about how the Service is used (e.g., page visits, feature usage) to improve the product. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not build advertising profiles.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service: we process your uploaded contracts to generate the analysis (summary, risk score, flagged clauses, and suggested language) and to maintain your review history.

To operate and improve the Service: we use aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how the product is used and to fix issues.

To communicate: we may send you transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, subscription receipts) and, if you opt in, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse.

4. How Your Contracts Are Processed and Stored

Contracts you upload are stored securely and are only used to generate and display your analysis and review history. We do not use your contract content to train any model without your explicit consent.

Contracts are stored encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

Your contracts are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except for trusted service providers (such as our hosting and payment processors) who are bound by confidentiality obligations and only as needed to operate the Service.

We do not sell your personal information or your contract content. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver the Service (e.g., infrastructure hosting, payment processing), and only to the extent required.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClarityDeal, our users, or the public.

We retain your account information and review history for as long as your account is active, so you can access your past analyses.

You may request deletion of your uploaded contracts and account data at any time by contacting us. We will honor verifiable deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain data by law.

If you cancel your subscription, we may retain minimal billing records as required for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We may use privacy-respecting analytics that rely on cookies or similar technologies to understand aggregate usage; these do not identify you personally and are not used for cross-site advertising.
